6 weeks without a working tv box

DPD delivered a new sky box to replace a broken one 6 weeks ago. He would not leave the new box until he had the old one. We could not get the cables of the box, he refused to leave the new box and too ot back. 6 week later and aky have not received the bad back so will not deliver me a new one. I have rang sky 11 times and told the same (Removed) each time "the will escalate the issue". I am so angry with the service and having to call 11 times and still no resolution. I would cancel but can't get through to do that either 😡

Is there a particular problem why you are having getting through to Sky to cancel (bearing in mind you've got through to them 11 times previously)?
