Contract is finshed still changed me

hello ,

 

i am avinash , my contract is finished, I didn't renew the contract and told to sky to stop my contract, even though money is deducted from account this month, this is shame.

You mean you contacted Sky specifically to give the required notice to cancel?

 

Because you pay a month in advance and your billed right up to the date your services actually stop, it's normal to initially pay beyond your cancellation date. Sky will, of course, refund you the overpayment from that date.

Sky bills are generated 14 days in advance of the payment date so while you were still a paying customer. Any overpayment is then reimbursed which could take up to 6 weeks provided your payment method is still active.
