£50 tv credit new customer
Was given a deal as new customer for sky stream January 16th with a £50 credit applied to my bill of £25 a month off the next 2 bills. Checked my future bills the credit hasn't been applied. I phoned earlier he said he would listen to the recored phone call of the agent stating this but he hasn't phoned me back. Bit of a shambles tbh does anyone know do they apply the credit or is just a lie to get you to sign up for a new contract thanks

Re: £50 tv credit new customer
It's unrealistic to expect a reply to a complaint email 24 hours after submission apart from an acknowledgment. They won't listen back on the call that quickly,
