Hi, I have been charged €200 for a non return sky equipment fee. I have a proof of receipt from post office that items have been sent.
I called sky customer service 4 times since then , every time I speak to them, they are telling me that money will be refunded within 4-5 working days but still waiting for payment to be made yet. This has been going on for the last 2 months, can someone help to get my money back?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
