Good evening
we had a sky engineer come out to us a couple of weeks ago to sort out a couple of issues. He told us we could have a free 2 month trial on sky movies and sports and that it would activate within a few hours of him being here. A couple of weeks later and it's not working. Is this something you can help with?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs we are customers here all you can do is to call Sky to see what they say. If they do activate this trial you will need to give 31 days notice to cancel both movies and sport.
