2 Payments then 1 refunded ?

Not sure if issue with my account ? When i orderd the sky stream last week put card details in and was billed 38 pounds. Then it gets refunded the next day according to the account info and i get a txt saying i have not payed so manually have to log into my account and make a payment.

Question why take a payment then return it before requesting a new payment by SMS ?

Will this happen again next month ?

I think you will have to speak to Sky about this to see if they can explain why this happened.
