15 calls..............no one understood english , my account has been changed no one helping

15 calls , spoke to a man about "nuisance" calls on 8/122 and he changed me to a pay as you talk ??? what a waste of time employing people who are unable to understand ........I speak english and require that from a company I am paying for a service with to respect the mother tongue .
