Hi all when I signed up for full fibre there was an offer of £100 cashback by way of what I'm sure was Amazon pre paid card but it may have been just a £100 Mastercard I took the broadband in July not swapping providers but as a new account has anyone had the same offer and been paid out or are still waiting. TIA

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Craig69 most of these reward offers have conditions on how you have to claim the reward look at the email you got confirming the deal they should be there or at least have a link. Another place to look is in the My Messages section of the My Sky app if it was a Sky promotion.
Be warned though the promotors of these scheme rely on only a % of the offers being claimed so the conditions are often very strict. Best of luck.

Thanks for the replay unfortunately I can't find the email I did have to fill out some details through a link sky sent so I know I did what was asked of me at the time I feel like the 90 days wait time is in place purely to prevent claims being made due to people either forgetting or not being bothered to claim

Hi, I am still chasing my £100 Amazon Voucher due after 90 days of sign up. I had Sky glass tv and basic tv package, and broadband. I had email from gift cloud advising me to check my spam after 90 days incase Voucher didn't show in my inbox. Obviously I've kept my open but nothing, I've contacted both sky and gift cloud both passing the query to the other! I've provided all the evidence, copy of account, paid bills etc. Last update from gift cloud was to allow sky 20 days to investigate but this has expired, weeks ago. I am frustrated, this Voucher was part of my 'deal' and reason for signing up! @Sky @Skyglass

I was eventually given a voucher it's a while ago and think it ended up coming from sky as a goodwill as giftcloud were not forthcoming think I got £70/£80 can't remember and I had accidentally deleted my email history, stick with it I'm sure you will get sorted. It is however a frustrating method to get your voucher must be a better way of doing it
