Typing email address on Disyney + via sky

I can not type my email address on Disney + using sky as there is no . or @ on the key board - can you help please? Joanne

@Kermitk  Have you used the Shift key (Up arrow) on the virtual keyboard?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
