Does anybody know anybody on the phone lines who know what they are talking about as regards Sky TV problems they are quick enough to upgrade when you are paying them money but hopeless at anything else I have been with Sky must be nearly 20 years I have no desire to leave but they do need to improve their customer service and now not in 10 years time
