Parental control issue

I'm trying to watch the new full Monty , put it keeps saying can't be watched due to current parental control settings , I don't have them on

Watch where? From your Sky box? Mandatory Daytime Protection is active by default in compliance with OFCOM requirements, but you can still override it with your PIN. https://www.bizasialive.com/ofcom-makes-key-change-to-pin-protection-shows-during-daytime/

If that's on Disney+ (where it's on release today) then the Disney age control will apply

 

The Disney+ website has it listed as a 16+ and I believe the default in a Disney profile is 14+

with disney plus app, you can set up separate profiles on the one account with different age limits
