Law and Order SVU: how to watch in Ireland?

Does anyone have any idea how to watch SVU in Ireland? It used to be so easily accessible to watch on demand/catch up on Sky Witness but it's nowhere to be found now. I know they're streaming season 23 at the moment on Witness but still no option to watch previous episodes on catch-up. Not available on peacock here either. Any help much appreciated!!!

Peacock is very limited in uk and ireland

Unfortunately it does not seem to be available to download

 Rights expire over time so that would be a reason. 

It's hard to know when it will return to be available for download.
