Somewhere between March 20th and April 1st (with an end date of May 28th - June 1st) according to various sources: the IPL website itself unhelpfully says 'no fixtures'.

It's up to the IPL themselves to decide who the broadcast and streaming rights go to in any particular year: as @caesarome indicated above it looks like Sky secured a three-year deal in 2020. Given the IPL apparently haven't yet announced a definitive start date or fixture list this would seem to present a rather significant obstacle to television rights-holders in preparing and announcing their own coverage schedules.

Looks like DAZN and ITV in a 5 year deal
Sports streaming subscription service DAZN and free-to-air (FTA) broadcaster ITV have landed live broadcast rights in the UK for the Indian Premier League (IPL), according to the Daily Mail.
The deal, which kicks in from this season’s edition of the domestic franchise Twenty20 cricket tournament, will reportedly run for five years.
DAZN has purportedly secured the lion’s share of fixtures and will stream 58 IPL games per season, including the playoffs and final. ITV will broadcast 16 regular season matches each year.

I think Sky will be watching and feeling anxious about the upcoming Premier League auction as they won't want a repeat of what's happened to them in Italy and Germany. Whilst neither are top tier rights, DAZN has now quietly secured NFL and IPL for the UK.
Their ongoing tests for a linear channel may well indicate that they're getting their infrastructure in place before a push for some major rights.

@d2h I think Dazn have obtained Game Pass internationally inc UK and maybe red zone access but I think rights will remain with Sky and ITV until 2025 at least.
Not sure if Game pass will be charged on top of the Dazn sub but I know they will sell it as a stand alone.
