After slow internet the last few days the phone is now dead. Internet went dead at the same time but now (the next day) it's working, but was very slow (tab thing spinning) trying to get on here.
I haven't got a working mobile phone so I can't phone for assistance.
TV also broke (not my week) so the last 24 hours has been horrible. Retired and I live on my own.
Not made that up for sympathy, it's actually true.

It's the old small square box, Sky+, 3 white lights when working OK.
Phone went dead but broadband working has happened a few times before after heavy rain.
Heavy rain again very recently.
