no phone line

i have no phone line cant make or take phone called phone display says ;ine error

Phone line has been out for over twelve hours 

says line error please check. 
im not a new customer 

I haven't up graded in past week 

it's a line fault apparently

First try the connection test here, even if your broadband is working ok. If it detects a fault you'll be able to book an engineer there and then. 

 

If no fault is found, you'll need to report it to Sky. If you wish, we can ask Sky's Community messaging team to contact you via the forum.
