to be honest have called the number 03337590242 as I had 15 minutes spare just now.... Bonus that calls to Sky contact centres are inclusive for Sky Mobile and Sky Talk customers so no charge!

this has been ongoing for a few weeks now and have tried all the suggested fixes - there is just nothing there... What I need is to get this reported as a fault and to have someone investigate it and probably get openreach to it... but where can I lodge that complaint online? I am not always able to make calls during normal hours 🙂
