landline

Was conected to sky broadband today but can,t receive incoming calls on landline.phone does not ring when I try with mobil Help please.

Does your Sky Broadband hub have a voice light and is it lit? If it is lit have you connected your phone to the back of the hub?

Sometimes you have to give it a further 24 hours for the landline to start working, that is if you have internet calls so your phone line should be plugged into your broadband hub.
