Land line down for 3rd time in as many months. started with internet going down 3 days ago which i restored after rebooting router 3 times . the last time it was external and engineer repair was necessary.can sky please carry out an online test to establish whether internal or external fault as seems to have affected both mine and wifes mobiles which are not with skyso i cannit ring them. internet working fine now
