trying to cancel my Sky talk anytime extra as it costs £13.50 a month and I don't use my landline for calls as I now have a Sky mobile phone. Want to keep the rest of it. Tried automated service and was asked if I was bereaved!!

To revert back to Pay As You Talk tariff, so only paying for any calls you do make, you will have to call Sky. It's not something you can do yourself or online.
