New sky package includes TV & telephone. New sky box installed 28/10/22 & TV was live later that day but telephone now dead so cannot make nor receive calls

Is there voice light on the hub? If yes have you plugged your phine into the back of the hub?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@rogergren If your router has 4 lights on it and are green you will need to plug your phone into the back of the router. Otherwise you will need to run through the phoneline troubleshooting.
