Sky Talk is bundled together as part of a Broadband subscription and providing you're on the Sky Pay As You Talk tariff, if you don't make any calls, you don't get call charges.

If that's all you're watching, you'd be better off getting a TV aerial snd watching on Freeview, or investing in a Freesat box.
If you have broadband you have a phone line (unless you have a separate fibre optic cable to your home)

If that's 'TV Essentials' then you're paying for Sky box functionality rather than channel reception.
