At least 4 people that I know of can't get through to us when they dial our landline (there may be more I don't know about). They only have this problem when they use their landline. No one, as far as I know, has a problem calling from a mobile and lots of other people can get through from their landlines.
Sky have replaced our hub and their network team have run tests which show no issues as far as they are concerned but the problem hasn't been solved.
does anyone have any ideas?
