Hi, I am unable to make or receive calls on my landline, Sky Talk. Is it just me, or is this a problem other people are having? I have just got mobile data restored after days of disruption so getting very frustrated!

There is no dial tone, nothing happens when I try to make an outgoing call, and people calling me get ringing but it never sounds on my phone. It was working recently and I have checked the cabling, reset the router and switched the phone off and on to no avail. The Sky service status checks say everything is working fine

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
