Sky talk not working after FullFibre upgrade

Upgraded to FTTP on 21 Feb. Landline supposed to be moved to VOIP service within 3 days. After numerous (mobile) calls to Sky have been repeatedly told that its with the Sky Network team responsible for VOIP and they know what the issue is. It should be fixed in 3 days, they say.  Here we are nearly 1 month later and still no phone sevice.

 

For info, :- all router (hub) lights green, phone plugged into the router (hub).

 

Gues at some point I will be forced to cancel the service and find another provider for both Interrnet and phone !!!
