Sky talk issues, no landline

Got broad band updated yesterday but now phone notc wirking

Does your broadband Hub have a Voice light which is illuminated? If so, is your phone plugged into the socket at the back of the Hub? And what colour is the Voice light!

I understand completely but I had engineer here yesterday and was told to contact sky if problem.
