We received notification from our number carrier that your number port has been rejected due to an address postcode discrepancy.
The postcode you supplied XXXXXX does not match the 999 installation postcode your provider holds on their records for your number XXXXXXXXXX
Please make direct contact with your provider to acquire the correct 999 installation postcode. Once we have the correct postcode, we will resubmit the request to port your number.

If you wish we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you via a private online chat here, to see if they can help. The alternative would be to call the usual customer services number.

Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page and an email inviting you to chat online. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates.
