Hi,
My Sky TV, broadband, and talk contract finished yesterday. I put in a request at the time of leaving to port over my existing landline number but this did not happen. How can I go about starting this process?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morePorting your number is arranged through your new provider, as long as you told them you want to keep your phone number when you signed up.
If your Sky telephone service has now ended, it's unlikely you'll be able to retrieve your phone number, I'm afraid.

Thanks for the reply Mark39. I did ask the new provider but was unsure if I also needed to ask the existing provider (Sky) as well.
