Just had my sky phone and broadband connected now my personal alrm isnt working and is saying the phone line is disconnected and i cant get hold of anyone to help.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf your brooadband Hub has a light labelled 'Voice' on the front panel, and it's lit, your phone and your personal alarm need to be connected to the socket at the back of the Hub. They won't work from the wall socket.
