Hi there, for over a week now I've had no dial tone, can't make or receive calls. Have tried all the suggested tests and also a new phone. I've tried all my wall sockets too. Broadband seems to be working fine.

Thanks for replying, no I haven't made any changes at all. I don't use the landline very often at all so I've only noticed this problem in the last few weeks, it may have been like this for longer for all I know.

You can also run this test via the MySky app.

Thanks @caesarome, all looks good on the test but still no dial tone 🤷🏻♂️🤔
