Have tested with two phone hands free and a old BT phone which had no issues, Broadband is working was told by son that it did drop in the afternoon today hands free phone display message to check line I have as I followed the instructions from sky website. can you do an external check on the line.

done service check can not find a phone line test on the web pages, broadband test all good but just did a speed test and it half what i normaly get it now shows 37.09 my normal speed is 74.56
