New Account - Transferred number but can't receive calls.

Switched to Sky TV Broadband and Talk in the last week.

 

Kept our old number as we have elderly relatives and some services active on it.

My Mum in law is 98 with dementia and needs to contact us each evening.

 

Just got a cable to add to router.

 

Can dial out no problem but incoming calls go straight to BT answerphone with a message to contact Sky.

 

Surely this should all be working, 

 

There is obviously nothing wrong with the the line so how do I enable incoming calls?

There has been a few reports of incoming calls being routed to a BT voicemail service so as you can make calls I would suggest calling Sky on the free 150 (just that) number to report this to them,

Been on a call for about 25 minutes so far. Turning things on and off etc.

 

Still the same.... 🤣
