Broadband is fine
cant receive incoming or make outgoing calls
phone says check line
everything is in order with wires etc

interestingly enough I've just had an email to say I can get out of my contract early because of issues with broadband. Broadband is working fine

You can also run this test via the MySky app.

ive tried all of this
it says there is something wrong with broadband but when I go through the fix it, it says there's nothing wrong

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

That suggests Sky know there are line problems which they are not confident that Openreach can resolve.
