Land line phone not working

Hi

My mothers sky land line has not worked for 2 weeks and all sky tell us is there is an outage in the area!

She is 84 living on her own with no mobile

That's unfortunate, but it's an Openreach responsibility. There's nothing Sky can do about it, I'm afraid.

Hi @Beardo+2 

 

I am sorry to hear of the issues your mum is experiencing. 

 

As @Mark39 has advised external faults are managed by Openreach. You haven't mentioned if your mum has a care alarm or not. If so and it's one without a battery back up please let Sky know.
