Just received an email detailing my increased broadband charge (£25 to £29, which is 16%) and I intend phoning Sky CS to try to negotiate a lower charge or let them know that I am leaving. I am within my minimum term.
I am on the basic Sky Pay As You Talk package, but it is unclear whether calls to Sky CS are chargeable or free.
I can see references to Sky Talk customers getting free calls to Sky CS, but it does not specify whether this includes Sky Pay A You Talk customers.
