I had broadband installed on the 4th of October and everything apart from my phone is working

I'm being messed around by sky. I only joined on the 4th of October everything apart from my phone is working. Sky say contact openreach and openreach say contact sky. What do I do now?

Is your phone plugged into the socket at the back of your broadband Hub? It's unlikely to work from the wall socket.

  • Yes the leads are connected to the proper sockets, I've contacted sky with all the details and they've finally agreed to send out an engineer.
