I'd like to get rid of Sky talk but keep sky broadband and Sky TV please

This is primarily a customer helps customer forum so you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here.
Give Sky a call (free from that Sky landline by dialling 150), and move to Sky Pay As You Talk, that way you'll only pay for any calls you actually make.

Ironically our landline hasn't been working for about a week for can't call sky that way and have to deal with bots the online way, got a guy on WhatsApp now and he say pay as u go is not possible
