I had sky fire installed and since then I can receive calls but cant make calls. I've tried to see if I have internet calls on my account but can't find away to see this.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe easy way way find out is to check your Hub. If it has 4 lights, one being labelled 'voice' and it's lit, you do have internet calls, and your phone needs to be plugged into the Hub, not the wall socket.
