Help Land line

I have had no land line to use for several months, there is loud crackling & buzzing noise, tried all suggestions, new 'phone works good on next doors line, no interference from anywhere, next doors 'phone is exaclty same on my land line, can anyone help please, I cannot ring sky has line is hopeless, can sky sort it out please or contac me somehow

Desperate now, payoing for a line that is no good

Thanks agin to everyone, Openreach have been & found the fault on the cable from the road to the outside box, they have replaced the cable & the land line works perfect now, sincrer thanks to all who advised

Hooray, sky chat. after 1 hour, has found a problem with the line outside our property so Sky says should be fixed within 5 days by Openreach, thank you to everyone who has helped me, I really do appreciate it, Thank you
