Phone has been intermittently saying 'Check phone line' for about a month now. No dial tone and does not ring when I call it from mobile. No issues with internet, seems to be connected ok and power cable also. Took out phone line from microfilter and pluged directly into socket as suggested but no luck so far. Have taken out and replaced and wiggled all cables-no change to the display. Any ideas please?

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
