Have been in touch with sky yet still waiting for someone to get back in touch to resolve it ?? since 3rd of feb wen we went on the new ultra-fast broadband

I spoke to a lady at sky who did all the checks with me and we even uploaded a photo of the router. I also said we tried a different phone in the router, she then said someone will get back in touch with Openreach or Sky to say what the problem is! We have not been able to ring out since 4th Feb 😞 I been with Sky 12yr never had this problem good job we both got mobiles.!
