Cant activate Sky Talk Sheild

Hi, we are getting harrassment calls at all times on our mobiles so we have blocked the number but we know that the person who is making the calls knows our Landline number too so its only a matter of time before they realise they can still harrass us, so I tried to activate Sky Talk Shield. I have followed all different links to activate it but at the vital point it just brings up an error message, so that I cannot neither activate nor use it to do anything, can anybody advise me what to do please?

I just want to do a simple thing and block a number from calling us.

Give Sky a call on 150 (landline). They'll activate it for you.
