Phone them and have it readded, whilst you're there ask them why they did it

It doesn't sound very likely. What problem are you having with Multiscreen?

i can't access sky+ on my boxes ?

Do you mean all your Sky+ boxes? What happens when you try to use them? Is there an error message? Can you watch Sky One live?

i can get all the channels but it says i don't have sky+ entititlement but i pay my my bill on time and received everything until friday ?

i have not phoned sky i was seeing if anyone had any ideas first sky is in my wifes name and she hates calling them

Sounds like an account issue of some kind so I think your wife will have to call or we can ask the Community messaging team to contact her via the forum, if you wish. It's not a live chat, though, and replies from Sky may not be instant.

 

If your wife has a telephone password, and you know it, you can call or use the messaging service in her place.

She will need to call Sky to reset the password
