My contract has expired and I simply cannot understand the agents in India due to my poor hearing - is there any way I can speak to someone in the UK?

Find out more@waynechodosh I'm afraid there is no direct contact number for anywhere in the UK, it's not how Sky works, having multiple numbers for each location would be chaotic and unworkable. They use the IVR and that routes to the next available agent, regardless of location.
If you have hearing difficulties perhaps registering with the accessibility team would be an option and you could use a number of different contact options many not phone related.

In view of your hearing issues it may be worth you registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help you now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team
