thank you sky tech team,sorry for late reply but ive been monitoring the skybox before giving you a yes or no,after 4 days the banner has not returned so i think its finally gone,thank all of the sky community for your help and the tech team for being so patient with me,and solving the issue !!! thyanks again to all
