WiFi signal to mini wireless connector

My sky mini wireless connector is showing as connected to my sky hub but I still can't access catch up or demand. When trying to connect to WiFi through settings on the sky box, it's says it can't find any WiFi networks nearby. The router is working fine so I don't know why the box isn't picking up the signal.

@Snoops1984 try the following steps:

1. Turn off your router at the plug

2. Turn off your Sky box and unplug the Mini connector

3. After at least half a minute has passed, turn your router back on

4. Wait another 4 minutes before turning your Sky box back on

5. Once your Sky box has fully restarted and you have menu access, plug the Mini connector back in and see if it then connects.
