Did anyone find out how to fix technical fault 11-272 other than disconnecting and rebooting everything. Tried that still can't download sky channels same message comes up FAILED technical fault 11-272

I've got the same issue - phoned and they said there was going to be a fix soon but still not working - and now can't download BBC either - says there's a problem with my broadband. There isn't!

In case it helps anybody, I solved that exact problem by updating my router software. If that is not practical, a new router might be necessary for a fix.
