Sky not working - says no signal

My sky hasn't been working for several days. Says the issues is no signal being received.  Not sure if the issue is with the dish or the sky unit

No signal normally comes from your TV, no satellite signal normally refers to your Sky box. Have a look at this link

If that doesn’t help you, at the end of the link it should give you an option to arrange an engineer to check your dish alignment.

It could be an issue with the dish, the LNB (on the arm of the dish), the cables, or the connections. It's less likely to be a problem with your Sky box, but not impossible.
