If you require an engineer try a local satellite company.

Find out more@Jane75 you might not be able to book an engineer from Sky any more, so you may need to book a local satellite installer to take a look, as @Daniel0210 posted. An alternative option would be to consider upgrading to Sky Q and the signal problem will be sorted out as part of the installation.
