Our tv has been playing up few days - looked sky card , has a scorch mark - how do you get new

Sky card has a scorch  mark on it - we have another box to swap but want to get new Sky card - how do we order one

The discolouration is normal, and doesn't affect the Sky box. What problem are you having?

The box keeps cutting out and takes ages to restart even after a reboot.
