Sky box will not respond and I’m not seeing a picture.

Green light is on and when I press the remote the red light flashes but the box is not coming on and there is no picture on screen

First thing to try is a simple restart - switch off at the plug for at least 4 minutes.

Thanks Mark, already tried the switch off a few times but nothing !!
